fresh option kind staff luxurious hotel
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! there were so many options and everything tasted fresh. the hotel staff was very kind. They allowed a slightly later checkout because my flight was later. the hotel was luxurious. It felt very elegant.
the gym is first rate, BUT some of the machines were out of service.

spacious room quiet air conditioning sharp picture bath hairs shower leakage inconvenient location
the room was spacious. i found the air conditioning very quiet. the tv had a large flatscreen with a sharp picture.
the bath had some hairs in it , which i did not like. the shower leaked over the floor when i used it. the hotel isn't close to town for walking , which i found inconvenient.

charged e-bikes unhelpful staff
the gym looked fine with its equipment
I discovered some issues the e-bikes at the hotel were not charged, annoying! getting a taxi proved difficult i waited over two hours once, and the scheduling seemed random. the front desk staff were not very helpful. They just shrugged.

Really good stay
helpful staff pool area true asset
I appreciated the kind and helpful staff . Brendan, the Manager, was very efficient and helpful (a true asset!). I also commend Juan, who manages the pool area. He is a real superstar.
The gym only had a limited supply of towels during peak hours.

Breakfast had many options with good, fresh products. The restaurant offered a superb menu with European combinations suitable for adults, though there were fewer obvious choices for children. Still, there are options for them.

Excellent Stay
free shuttle local beach relaxing atmosphere
The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the local beach, very helpful for getting around. I appreciated the short walk to the private beach past nice homes and the golf course. The sea views from the bedroom were beautiful. Palm trees create a relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pools did not open until 11 AM, difficult with children eager to swim.

The room was large and clean. It had five-star quality. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom included sufficient toiletries.

Staff members spoke English well. They were helpful. The hotel provided towels by the pool. I found this convenient.

The outdoor pools were a great amenity. The hotel also had a lovely spa area. The gym was very useful. Access to the bars was simple.

Breakfast had many options. The fish buffet and BBQ on Saturday were great. I found lot of options. There were also pool bars with snacks.
